We are an approved learning provider for the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and a member of their Enhanced Learning Credit Provider List (ELCAS). We accept enhanced learning credits for the First Response Emergency Care (FREC) 3 & 4 medical training courses.

The training is ideal for those who would like to work in VIP protection, close protection, private security and specialist agencies (e.g. Diplomatic Protection). Gain the Level 3 Certificate in FREC for the Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licence and level up with FREC 4 to attain the knowledge and practical competencies needed to deal with pre-hospital emergency and urgent situations. 

 

 

The Ministry of Defence's Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme promotes lifelong learning amongst Armed Forces members. This scheme provides financial support in each of a maximum of three separate financial years for higher-level education of a nationally recognised qualification at Level three or above or, if pursued overseas, an approved international equivalent qualification with an approved learning provider.

First Response Emergency Care (FREC) 3

FREC Level 3 provides the emergency responder with an enhanced level of medical capability to deal with a casualty in a trauma or medical emergency. The course focuses on the provision of effective trauma medical management in all environments and industries. Training is ideal for those working in VIP protection, close protection, private security and specialist agencies (e.g. Diplomatic Protection), and provides the Level 3 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care for the Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licence.

First Response Emergency Care (FREC) 4

The FREC Level 4 Course benefits learners by enabling them to attain the knowledge and practical competencies needed to deal with a range of prehospital emergency and urgent situations. This course is designed as the next step for those who have completed the QA Level 3 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (RQF).
