Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the day to day coordination and management of the General and Administration team and working to the Head of General and Administration to ensure all tasks are allocated and monitored. Providing assistance and guidance as appropriate to ensure deadlines are met with efficiency and working to meet deadlines with the highest standards at all times. Job holder to promote and adhere to the company values of quality and compliance with current legislation.

Essential Job Functions

  • Attend meetings with key target stakeholders
  • Chairing project planning meetings (ahead of proposal submissions)
  • Preparation of proposals and business cases
  • Contract/project management:
    • Overseeing bi-monthly internal team meeting process. Aims:
      • KPI contract management
      • Ongoing review of outstanding actions arising from client enquiries/meetings
    • Chairing client meetings
    • Key point of contact for senior client stakeholders
  • Oversight of timesheet record collation process for consultancy contracts
  • Attendance of weekly management meeting
  • Review current processes, recommend and oversee improvements
  • Support, coach and develop team members in line with company requirements
  • Ensure Senior management is kept aware of activities
  • Escalate risks and issues to line manager and Chief Medical Officer as required and identify and implement prevention/mitigation strategies
  • Providing on-call Duty Ops cover on a rota basis for Prometheus Reachback service

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge and understanding of the medical industry
  • Computer literate & experienced in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good numeracy skills.

Deployed Medic - Emergency Responder

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, engaged and dynamic individual to provide emergency care and supported primary care and medical advice to a private school and resort in the Caribbean.

Experience in instructing to all levels is required in addition to proven clinical experience working in the pre-hospital/remote and rural/hostile environment. As such valid HCPC or NMC registration is required and desirable medical qualifications/training; Medical Major Incident Management Support (MIMMS) and Advanced Life Support.

The role is part of a small team working for 14 weeks commencing May 2021.

This is a very responsible role as the holder manages and oversees the islands first response emergency care and contributes to the islands Health and Safety awareness.

The role will include the following key tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide emergency medical care to our clients staff, students and guests

• Produce monthly reports encompassing all activities and clinical support provided across   the properties

• Support activities of the Island school and resort as deemed appropriate by Prometheus       and our clients management team

The holder will be answerable to the Prometheus Chief Medical Officer and proactive communication with the client’s key staff will be required. The holder must be able to work well both within a team and independently, liaising consistently with Prometheus staff to ensure the optimum service is delivered to the island but also ensuring they are not working outside of their individual and Prometheus’ organisational remit. Remote clinical supervision and support is available from the Prometheus Clinical team 24hrs a day.

Medical Training Instructor

We have a fantastic opportunity for CMT's (Class 1) ex-military instructors to expand their resumes and join a small, dedicated training team delivering a variety of courses within the UAE.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

As a medical instructor on our team, your key role is to provide medical training composed of academic instruction, simulation, and lanes training for our client.  The instructor will deliver training with organic military equipment to respond to realistic combat medical scenarios.  

Specifically, as a member of the training team, the instructor would be expected to: 

  • Participate in the planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of training curriculum
  • Prepare and deliver onsite instruction
  • Supervise the activities of course participants during instructional time
  • Evaluate learner performance, provide feedback, and develop learner remediation plans 
  • Perform hands on training of up to 60 students utilising training aides to simulate patient and medical movement for medical teams

Medical Training Instructor

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Paramedic or pre-hospital based clinicians with instructor experience to expand their resumes and join a small, dedicated training team delivering a variety of courses within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Key roles and responsibilities

As a medical instructor on our team, your key role is to deliver training courses part of the disaster and emergency management program to our client. Deliver training through the mediums of theory-based teaching sessions in a tutorial style with a combination of interactive seminars, practical classes, and problem-based scenarios.

Specifically, as a member of the training team, the instructor would be expected to: 

  • Participate in the planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of training curriculum
  • Prepare and deliver courses at various sites across the Emirates
  • Supervise the activities of course participants during practical workshops and problem-solving scenarios
  • Evaluate learner performance, provide feedback, and develop learner remediation plans 
  • Perform hands on training to both medical and non-medical personnel utilising training aides to simulate medical and traumatic scenarios

Offshore Medic / Medical Instructor

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HCPC Paramedic or NMC Registered Nurse to join an expanding team of pre-hospital practitioners in the role of Offshore Medic/Medical Instructor. The role will be responsible for the successful delivery of UK and overseas based medical training courses while maintaining both cost effectiveness and product quality. The role will also be required to deploy in support of UK and overseas clinical governance contracts which will include dealing with illness and injury which occurs onsite, providing 24-hour cover for emergency treatment, maintaining onsite stocks of medical equipment and provisions and contributing to occupational health and safety services when deployed.
 
 
We require a HCPC Paramedic or NMC Registered Nurse with the following qualifications and skills:
 
  • HSE Off-Shore Medic (Desirable)
  • Clinically competent, and willing to undertake monthly clinical CPD
  • Level 3 or above adult learning qualification (Essential)
  • Level 3 certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) (Desirable)
  • Competent in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Recent Pre-hospital skills
  • Medical Training experience
  • Junior management experience
  • Strong facilitation, time management and team oriented skills
  • Registered with various awarding bodies, or be able to be registered in order to deliver the courses offered by the training department
