Third Annual Charity Golf Day Raises over £3000 for MARS

Prometheus Medical Ltd is delighted to announce that our third annual Charity Golf Day in aid of the Mercia Accident Rescue Service (MARS) raised an impressive £3,812. The golf day was held at The Herefordshire Golf Club in Wormsley on Friday 8th June and all of the teams had a fantastic time. We were extremely pleased with the amount raised and all monies will go to MARS, the local emergency charity who, in support of West Midlands Ambulance Service, provide immediate medical care for the critically ill and injured in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.  As you may have seen in previous articles, all MARS members are volunteers and provide their services free of charge. Prometheus considers MARS to be an invaluable local charity, providing life-saving care at the roadside and we feel it is fully deserving of our community support.

 The day was sponsored by numerous companies and individuals including;

Mark Owen Architects

Team Fusion

Barry Reed

Gas Tek

Three Counties Plastering

Rob Waring

Chris Cole Electrical

Travis Perkins plc

Layton Powell Electrical

RH Loxston

Simon Charles Carpet Fitting

Prometheus would like to thank the sponsors, participants and anyone else who has kindly donated to this excellent charity and we greatly appreciate the support we had for the event.
