Prometheus to Host EMS Seminar in Qatar

The Prometheus MENA team are busy making final preparations for the Prometheus Emergency Medical Services Seminar which is due to take place on the evening of Sunday 20 January in Doha, Qatar.

Working with our colleagues within the College of the North Atlantic, Qatar and the Hamad Medical Company (HMC) Ambulance Service, Qatar, the Prometheus team are hosting this free to attend event which is open to pre-hospital practitioners and emergency department and intensive care staff.

The seminar will be opened by Dr Robert Campbell Owen, the Chief Executive Officer of the HMC Ambulance Service and will be followed by two keynote lectures from Prometheus' CEO, Dr Malcolm Russell and Prometheus’ Research and Development Manager, Dr Richard Lyon. The lectures are to be based on the concepts of Trauma and Resuscitation.

To finish the seminar, there will be a case presentation/case review from senior ambulance personnel from HMC.

We hope the event will facilitate a wide sharing of best practice and clinical concepts and look forward to participating.
