SIMWOUNDS Essential Kit

The Essential SIMWOUNDS Kit contains a variety of preformed silicone wounds and sleeves, including adhesive, remover and blood. Both the SIMWOUNDS and SIMSLEEVES are hand made in the UK and can be placed onto an arm, leg or body for a quick, robust and realistic casualty simulation effect. The purpose of the SIMWOUNDS is to provide a realistic and consistent wound effect that can be used on skin and manikins. This kit contains 10 different SIMWOUNDS and 2 SIMSLEEVES.  

The wounds are built into the sleeves, coloured and textured, all that is needed is fresh blood effects. All SIMSLEEVES are handmade to order and are sized as a medium adult fit and come in a pale flesh tone as standard.
