Work for Us | Account Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our Training & Consultancy team. This role is essential in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and ensure service delivery meets contractual agreements
• Act as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders
• Support client onboarding and attend key meetings
• Conduct account reviews and identify service improvement opportunities
• Oversee invoicing and contract renewals
• Provide on-call operational support (on a rota basis)

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in account and project management
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in training, consultancy, or medical services is a plus
