To insulate the patient from hypothermia and reduce effects of shock, LESS® has developed the Thermal Bag. This is folded out on the stretcher prior to placing the patient and then rolled closed and secured with the LESS® tape (also included).

The Thermal Bag is made from bubble plastic which also offers some protection against wind, rain, dust, snow etc. The transparent material also offers visual contact with the patients body and injuries.
