As a civilian Dr Russell has worked with several ambulance services including the London Helicopter Emergency Medical Service and been involved in training paramedics and emergency care practitioners. An experienced GP, Malcolm has also worked in emergency medicine and anaesthetics in a hospital environment. He has been actively involved in pre-hospital emergency medicine (part of the charity, the Mercia Accident Rescue Service). Mr Gallagher previously served for twenty-two years in the British Army, primarily in finance and administration. In between his Army career and joining Prometheus, Mr Gallagher worked with two highly successful start-up security companies in the private security industry.
