LESS® Developed the Free Hand System (FHS) harness to be used with the LESS® Stretchers.  The system allows the stretcher bearers to carry the patient over uneven ground freeing the hands for other tasks. Adjustable straps allow the carrying height to be easily controlled and snap on hooks are easily attached to the stretcher handle.  Shifting the load to the larger muscle groups of the body also reduces fatigue and allows the patient to be carried over greater distances.
