We have specific expertise in designing and delivering bespoke medical support packages for the Maritime Industry. All services on offer are overseen by one of Prometheus' senior consultants, Dr Charles Deakin, official medical adviser to the Royal National Lifeboat Institute and a member of its Medical and Survival Committee.

Prometheus is Maritime and Coastguard Agency – approved trainer and medical advisers to the Department of Health – Emergency Preparedness Division.

Prometheus is an accredited training facililty and has the following courses accredited by the MCA:

• As well as Telemedicine Support we also supply BGAN products, a broadband global satellite communication system, which enables you to communicate via satellite directly with a range of UK based, highly skilled and specialist medical consultants. This provides real-time advice on dealing with the most demanding medical situations, particularly those in remote or hostile environments.
